Let me introduce myself: my name is Leo,

I’m an adorable, big puppy who resembles a young hound. I was born around February 2026 and will grow into a medium‑sized dog (about 20 kg as an adult).

Who knows what I’ve already gone through in these few months of life… I was reported to volunteers while wandering the streets of Calabria, where I spent more than a month on my own before finding the courage to let myself be caught and ask for help.

Now I’m learning, day by day, to trust people.

I’m discovering that gentle hands, soft cuddles and humans who truly want my best do exist.

I’m a sensitive and tender‑hearted puppy who needs time, patience and lots of love to fully open up.

I’m curious, affectionate and ready to build a special bond with a family who will guide me as I grow.

I get along well with other dogs. 🩷

I am currently in Italy and I can travel across Europe and the United Kingdom for a good adoption or a safe foster placement.

👉 I am regularly dewormed, fully vaccinated, microchipped and negative for Ehrlichia, Anaplasma, Dirofilaria, Brucellosis and Leishmania.
