Foster with possible adoption
If you happen to fall in love with your foster pet, even if you initially chose to be a temporary foster parent, you can always decide to adopt them permanently!
How long does the foster period last?
You can foster them in your home on a trial basis for 3 to 4 weeks, during which time no one else may request them. After this period, if you decide to adopt, we will proceed with sending you the adoption form. If you choose not to adopt, we ask that you allow us time to find another foster home.
This is a unique opportunity to get to know your furry friend better and to figure out if you’re really ready to welcome a new member into your family.
