Hi everyone! Let me introduce myself: my name is Buk.
A year and a half ago, I was alone and lost in the countryside of Calabria, in Southern Italy.
I wandered around looking for food, shelter and a kind look.
But my large size scared people away and I was often chased off… sometimes harshly.
Then, some kind-hearted women noticed me and took me in.
Since then, I’ve been living in an enclosure, waiting for my happy ending… hoping it will come for me too.
I’m a wonderful young boy; at first, I may seem shy, a little scared… but if you give me time, trust, and love, I’ll give it all back to you tenfold.
I become incredibly sweet: a true gentle giant, one who bonds for life.
I’m sociable with other dogs and even with cats.
